要件・例外

- Business scale, office, management experience/qualifications and other requirements may apply.
- Do not rely on older ¥5 million-only summaries.
- For new applications under the rules effective 16 October 2025, use the current criteria rather than the old ¥5 million-only summary.
- The revised framework includes a ¥30 million business-scale threshold for corporations, at least one qualifying full-time employee, and a B2-level Japanese-language requirement satisfied by the applicant or qualifying full-time employee, plus management/education and business-plan requirements.
