Can I receive sponsorship income on a Intra-company Transferee status in Japan?
Only if the sponsored activity itself is within Intra-company Transferee or separately permitted. Treating sponsorship as passive income does not help if the payment is compensation for content, promotion or other activity outside the authorized scope.
